PKR86 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Each player may hold one PKR86 account only. If PKR86 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts will be closed. Any pending or processed bonuses connected to duplicate accounts will be voided, and the remaining balance may be forfeited at PKR86's discretion.

PKR86 reserves the right to close inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for an extended period — following prior notice to the registered email address. Any remaining real-money balance in an inactive account will be returned to the player's registered payment method before closure.
PKR86 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits are typically credited to your PKR86 balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a deposit not appearing in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact PKR86 support with your transaction reference.
PKR86 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are yours and that they have been obtained lawfully.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account method on file. PKR86 does not release withdrawal funds to third-party accounts, accounts that do not match your registered identity, or payment methods not associated with your PKR86 account.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few minutes of the request being approved. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed the same day. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays or where additional verification is required.
PKR86 may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other documents to confirm your identity and the legitimacy of your account activity. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication that your account is under suspension.
Withdrawal requests for bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Only balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all PKR86 bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:
If PKR86 identifies that a player has structured their play specifically to exploit bonus terms — for example by placing low-risk bets that do not reflect genuine play — PKR86 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings. Genuine play means placing bets that reflect normal gaming behaviour consistent with entertainment intent.
All games on PKR86 — including slot games, live casino tables, fish games and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer-operated tables. Game results are determined by the game engine at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact.
In the event of a technical fault — including disconnection during a game round, software error or display malfunction — PKR86 will resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. If no valid game state can be retrieved, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. Game round outcomes displayed on your device but not recorded on PKR86's game servers will not be honoured.
Players are not permitted to use automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to interact with PKR86 games or the platform. Doing so will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance generated through automated play.
Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session or over any short period of play.

Combination bets (accumulators) are subject to the same rules on a leg-by-leg basis. If any leg of a combination is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg was not included.

You have the right to request access to the personal data PKR86 holds about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate data. Requests can be made through the PKR86 support team. Note that certain data must be retained for legal and fraud prevention purposes even after an account is closed.
